Literally, the best ice cream I have ever had in my life! I sampled 6-7 flavors and they were all delicious! I ended up with the chocolate raspberry and it was amazing! I can't wait to go back.
I don't remember the name of this ice cream. I've been sitting here poking and prodding my brain in an attempt to recall it, as it was one of the best vegan cones I've had in a long time, but unfortunately I'd just come from am mri and was quite loopy at the time. All I know is it was caramel with delightful bits of chocolate. The workers were nice, I got to sample other flavors, and the experience made a hard day a whole lot better. I have an allergy to casein and it's difficult to find *real* ice cream when going out. Mostly what you'll come across is sorbet, which is still great but doesn't hit the spot when you're after something richer and more decadent. Highly recommend.
Just dropped in from out of town with the family and we happened upon it. Had no idea I was about to have the absolute most chocolately chocolate ice cream I've probably ever had. Beating out all amazing gelato places we've been to here and in Europe. I mean, it was exceptionally decadent. Definitely not an ordinary ice cream place. Would come here again in a heartbeat.
First time here and won't be the last!! The options of ice cream they have here will suit everyone's palate! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone having a sweet tooth. The staff here is amazing and will make you feel welcomed the second you walk in. If you're unsure of what flavor to get don't worry they encourage you to try each one!
When discussing dessert options after finishing lunch, our group proposed ice cream near our stay or Angela's a short walk away. A fellow diner overheard us and STRONGLY suggested we go to Angela's. He explained that he didn't know there was a location nearby, but when after visiting the Petaluma location he was compelled to recommend going to Angela's. He noted that the pistachio was on another plane, specifically sourced, and distinctly good - as was the strawberry. Convinced, we walked over and can confirm that this kind stranger was absolutely correct. I don't think I've had a better tasting pistachio ice cream, ever.
Pretty yummy ice cream! I found this to offer the most vegan flavors around town + it being organic was a double win for me on such a hot summer day. I loved how they also had gf brownies + waffle cones. The flavors were definitely on the 'warmer' side - cinnamon and other warm spice notes. This includes the waffle cone as well - very cinammon-y which ended up being good as I adjusted to it but I really just wanted a gf vanilla flavored waffle cone! I did love their vegan Nutella ice cream which I thought was a super fun option for me! A must stop!
Went for Dessert Food - 5/5. They have a giant list of different flavors and from the samples, I've found that they are true to their descriptions. Of all the delicious choices, I picked the lemon bar and dulce de leche brownie. Lemon bar truly tasted like the dessert, even to the taste of the shortbread. Lemon flavor was strong but mellowed out in the ice cream form. Dulce de leche brownie had plenty of brownie bites for texture and the caramel flavor had a good level of sweetness. However, the flavor was strong and lacked contrast, which got tiring. Service - 4/5. Quick and friendly service. They were courteous to us trying samples. Value - 4/5. A double scoop costs $8.75 which is on the pricey side, especially for the standard scoop portions. However, the flavors were fantastic with an amazing variety making the experience worth it. We recently enjoyed pints at home of caramel crack, mint chip, and Banana. Four of us enjoyed the three flavors, and mixing them made for a lovely flavor combo! Now you know! Highly recommend all three. The first two are textural with goodies throughout. The banana is smooth. I really appreciate that Angela's offers some classic flavors and some unique options. Yum!
